Spory gospodarcze

We provide comprehensive support in disputes between entrepreneurs. We represent clients in court and arbitration cases concerning commercial contracts, financial settlements, claims for damages, and other conflicts arising from business activity. We safeguard our clients’ interests at every stage—from settlement negotiations to appellate proceedings.

Criminal law

We provide defense in criminal proceedings and represent victims at all stages. We have experience in white-collar matters (such as fraud, corruption, and acting to the detriment of companies) as well as classic criminal cases. We prepare defense strategies, support clients in contacts with law-enforcement authorities, and appear before the courts to protect our clients’ rights and reputations.

Company law

We offer end-to-end corporate advisory. We assist with setting up and registering companies (partnerships and corporations), draft articles, bylaws, and internal regulations, and provide ongoing legal support. We represent clients before registry courts and public authorities (e.g., the National Court Register, KRS), take part in shareholders’/general meetings, and advise on restructurings, transformations, and liquidations. Where conflicts between shareholders arise or corporate duties are breached, we conduct mediations and litigation to protect our clients’ interests.

Maciej Moryc
attorney-at-law, founder

He has broad legal experience complemented by a unique non-legal background. After completing the “radca prawny” bar training, he worked at reputable law firms on civil and commercial matters. Thanks to his continual upskilling and unconventional thinking—shaped, among other things, during service in military intelligence—Mr. Moryc effectively handles even the most complex cases. His professionalism has been recognized in the legal community: he was listed among the lawyers distinguished in Legal 500 (2025). Paweł Jadczak
attorney-at-law, partner.

He began his career in business in managerial roles at medium-sized companies (including construction and new technologies), managing teams of over 100 people. He then spent several years as a judicial assistant at the Warsaw Court of Appeal, preparing around 1,000 draft judgments and statements of reasons. This rare experience, combined with his background in the exact sciences, has enabled him to successfully conduct the most complex and precedent-setting litigation. He was twice distinguished as a Recommended Lawyer (2024 and 2025) in the prestigious Legal 500 ranking in the disputes category.

He specializes broadly in civil law and civil procedure, including public procurement, commercial contracts and related disputes, copyright and industrial property, as well as corporate law. He has participated in many large infrastructure projects, advising on contracts and resolving disputes arising from investments. His clients range from small startups to large corporations—who appreciate his professionalism and partner-like approach and work with him for years. Paweł Jadczak is fluent in English and conversational in Russian, which allows him to serve foreign clients.
